Tim was born and raised in the Baton Rouge area and is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Tim has enjoyed working with his hands and building projects with his dad and brothers since he can remember. During his time at LSU, he worked for suppliers and subcontractors to gain experience in the industry. Following graduation from LSU, Tim gained experience as a project manager and preconstruction manager on various project types ranging from the historic restoration and expansion of Baton Rouge High School to multilevel laboratories and offices within industrial complexes. Upon graduating high school, Tim moved to Shreveport to play Junior College Baseball. After 2 years in Shreveport, he moved back home to Baton Rouge and met his wife Danielle while at LSU. Tim is now a consultant with Moran Construction Consultants managing roughly 50 projects.
Tim is actively involved in the Zachary community. He has coached for multiple years at the Zachary Youth Park Baseball League.
