Owner's Representative Manager
Charlie was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration and Technical Sales. During his time at LSU, he spent his summers in the field working for a civil/ pile driving subcontractor, a drywall subcontractor, and then working as an intern for a general contractor. Following graduation from LSU, Charlie gained experience by spending time in preconstruction/ estimating with most of his time spent in project management. Projects include and range from the Plaquemines Parish Detention Center (90 million-dollar prison) to the LSU Foundation Office Building located across from Tiger Stadium. Charlie joined Moran Construction Consultants in January of 2019 with 10 years of construction experience.
Charlie is a parishioner at St. James Episcopal Church located in downtown Baton Rouge, LA and is actively involved in fundraisers and events.
Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, sons Thomas and James, parents Paul and Charlotte, and his 2 brothers and their families. Charlie enjoys playing outside with his children. His other interests include LSU sports, cooking, duck hunting, and fishing
