With over 45 years in the construction industry, William T. “Bill” Firesheets brings a wealth of experience to projects large and small.
Bill began his career in 1974 with Baton Rouge-based Buquet & LeBlanc, Inc. In 1995, after working in project management, estimating, and business development, Bill became President and CEO. He was able to lead the company through 20 years of substantial growth, completing projects in 18 states in addition to Louisiana. The majority of the projects completed during this period were negotiated with extensive pre-construction services being provided. Now, Bill acts as a consultant for Moran Construction Consultants, LLC.
A Baton Rouge native, Bill is a graduate of Louisiana State University, earning a BS in Construction in December 1973. A 1996 inductee into the LSU School of Construction Hall of Fame, Bill has also been recognized as a Distinguished Patron of the School.
Bill and his wife Rene’ reside in Baton Rouge and have four grown daughters. Bill is actively involved in the community and served as a Board Member for numerous charitable and philanthropic entities that he is still involved with today.
