Project Description:

The project includes the conversion of the 12-story former, Louisiana State Office Building into the “Watermark” Hotel in Baton Rouge, LA. The Marriott Autograph “flagged” hotel includes 144 guestrooms and totals 90,117 GSF. The hotel also features a full-service restaurant/bar located on the first floor, a market, business office space, meeting rooms, a board room, and a fitness center with locker rooms.
