Haas Hall Academy
Location: Rogers, Arkansas
Developer: KLS Leasing, LLC
Haas Hall Academy involved the historic restoration and conversion of the vacant Lane Hotel in Rogers, Arkansas. Originally constructed in 1929, the five-story brick building was designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. Lane Hotel was converted to an assisted living facility in 1967, which operated until its closing in 2007. After sitting vacant for 10 years, it was converted into a 45,554 GSF public charter school. After its completion, this project was awarded a SILVER Excellence in Design under the Adaptive Reuse category due to its extensive reuse of historic materials.
