This Historic Tax Credit project consisted of the restoration/conversion of a preexisting 30-story office building into a 188 room hotel and 192 high-end apartment building. Along with the restoration/conversion work was the ground-up construction of a 10-story ramp to service the building’s parking garage. With 579,769 SF, this building not only offers 380 hotel rooms/apartments but also offers over 350 parking spaces spread over 10 floors. Inside this beautiful building, one can find a fitness center, meeting venues, and a rooftop pool overlooking Downtown New Orleans.
